A northwest photographer, I love the outdoors, whether it is hiking, biking, kayaking or by vehicle.  I also travel anywhere in the world whenever I get the chance.  My camera accompanies me on all of my trips so I can take pictures as I go.

My primary focus is scenery, wildlife, cultural diversity and environmental portraits.  I have traveled throughout the world learning about and appreciating other cultures and the animal kingdom.  My travel photos are intended to show respect for other peoples of the world as well as moments of special beauty, simplicity and, perhaps, invoke memories for the viewer.  My environmental portraits typically involve portraits of people or pets in a chosen location.

I personally love being out of doors year round as you can see by my pictures which range from sunny, warm scenes to snow covered ones to photos of eagles shot from a kayak (Eagle in the Mist).  I live on a farm which has cats, dogs, goats, cows and a pig which always provide me with opportunities for photos!
